looking for.....

Looking for information on either Benjamin Pellegreni (changed name to Green when came to the states) or Pia Argonne? Came to the states in early 1900's.

The name Pellegreni is not present in modern Italy; Pellegrino, on the other hand, is quite common (7,000+ listings in the Italian telephone directory.

It will be difficult to locate your ancestor without being certain of the name.

Where did he reside in the US?

What was his wife's name?

Any children's names / birth years would be helpful as well.

PS: I am also thinking "Arrigoni" for Pia's surname.

Here is a Pia Arrigoni travelling with a Rosa Pellegrini. if this is the correct Pia, there is an earlier manifest for her.

I saw that manifest. Did you notice that Rosa and Pia listed different final destinations? Chicago / New York.

Perhaps they were traveling together, or perhaps just a coincidence?
