This is my grandfather that immigrated to Argentina in the 1926-29.
He was from a small town of Fano provincia di Pesaro, Marche.

There are 69 prsons listed in the Argentina telephone directory ar www.paginasamarillas.com.ar under Bernacchia. There are no Getulio. Did he have another first name?? Further if you wish information about his arrival in Buenos Aires you might wish to send, in spanish langiage, an e-mail to cemla@cemla.com (the website is www.cemla.com which is in spanish language. Can you read spanish?

There is no record for Fano (Pesaro Urbino) Marche region on microfilm for any briths, marriages or deaths at your nearest Mormon church family History library so you will have to write to Argentina if you cannot get information about him in Italy.

Have you tried to find any family in Fano, Italy at the www.paginebianche.it and put in Bernacchia inthe first line and Pesaro Urbino for the entire province and cluick CERCA. =Peter=

Postscrip[t: I did a quick check for Bernacchia in Fano (PU) and there are 2o persons surnamed Bernacchia and 3 business establsihments with Fano and none have any first name Getulio. Look over the listings and se if there are any first names that run in his family that may be related to him. =Peter=
