Clarification on Ellis Island Record

Postby donnawright » 09 May 2009, 08:33 ... &line=0001

I reviewed the annotation descriptions on jewisgen, but do not see anything about the A in a circle and what the two dates represent beside it. Also, there is another word or something that starts with a capital D. Can anyone read what that is or know what it means? And does anyone know what that A in a circle means? I cannot find this family member after 1920 census, and this refers to something in 1935 and 1936.
