Naturalization

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Naturalization

Postby jbange » 18 Jul 2009, 14:48

Having trouble with the forms on National Archives website. Looking for Naturalization for Benedetto Ranelli (or Ranello). Born 1885 in Ceprano, Italy, arrived in US in 1905, left and arrived again in 1910. The last census I could find on him was listed as an "alien". Is this something that you have to go somewhere to research. Any advice is appreciated.

Check his two entries into the USA and their ships manifest to see if his US naturalization number has been penned in.

Also try www.footnote.com/naturalization =Peter=
