hi i am wanting to get my birth certificate for my nan ( i am needing it to gain dual citizenship) so i need the long form??? i was wondering if anyone had any links of a letter i can write in italian, she was born in lena

Known surnames- Mollica, Alba, Cannella, Secchitano
I would like to research my family history and find out as much as I can =)
