Where can I find death certificate of these relatives died in America arrived at Ellis Island in 1908? Where can I find a man whom we have no news since 1908?

Can you please summarize exactly what you do know about Antonio?

Year of birth?
Place of birth?
Are you certain of the 1908 date? Have you found a ship's manifest?
Wife's name?
Children?

Maybe you can contact USCIS and Homeland Secuirty so you can request the complete "ICE file" of your ancestor.
You need to wait up to 18 months, but you can get more infos and documents.

Probable 1910 census; they were in Middlesex County, NJ.

I would contact New Jersey vital records ( http://www.state.nj.us/health/vital/start.shtml ) to see about a death certificate.
