Please remember the Italian women never lose their identity so Elvira would have entered the USDA under her maiden name although sometimes the husbands family name was used in error. Did Urbano have another first name or did they enter the USA thru another port other than New York?? If so please be guided by their destination which might be a clue as to the port of entry they used. Peter
