eligible for Italian citizenship?

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

I'm sorry, but you are not eligible through this line. Although your paternal grandmother was an Italian citizen, she could not pass this citizenship to your father who was born before 1948. Is there another line you can use?

It may be possible that your ggf never naturalized, and that would mean you are possibly eligible. If you have no objection, why not post more details. Someone here may be able to find what you cannot.
