has anyone heard from NYC !?!?!?!

its been 85 days since we sent out first email. we spoke to them a couple months ago and they said the computer system was down to book appointments. have not heard since. this is for a follow up. has anyone heard anything at all from nyc about follow ups?

I heard from the NYC Consulate cittidinanza department in reference to getting documents legalized about a month ago. It's a different topic, but the same department and indicative that they are answering email.
BTW, are you willing to post any info on how you got the judge's letter? I have a distant relative who needs such a thing, and it would be nice if I could tell her where to start.
