my father's relatives emigrated in America last century

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

my father's relatives emigrated in America last century

Postby FrancyFromItaly » 07 Nov 2011, 19:44

Hi to everybody!
I'm writing from Italy and I need your help to find sons and grandsons of my Dad's uncle. They live in America and I'm not able to find them!
I only have these informations:
my Dad's uncle's name was Domenico Iuliano and he was born in Rotondi(AV),Italy, probably between 1910 and 1920. He had a sister Rosa Iuliano (she is my grandma and she still lives in Rotondi)and another sister (i don't know her name).
He emigrated in America, Brooklyn NY.
I asked some informations to my grandma Rosa but she only knows that his brother Domenico in America lived in Brooklyn,NY. He had two sons: Aniello and Antonio Iuliano. Now he is dead but their sons are probably still alive.
So, now I'm reasearching Aniello's and Antonio's sons...they probably have my dad's age (47 years), but I don't know their names! In theory they are my third cousins. please help me, I tried to research in a lot of American websites, but there are too much different informations and names. Waiting for your answers, Francesca :D

ZIP code è l'equivalente del CAP italiano
ZIP code is the equivalento of the Italian CAP (Codice di Avviamento Postale)
