declaration of intention

I have located the original declaration of intention paper for my grandmother..On this document it says where and when she was married...however i am having and awful time locating any record of marraige...she was married in Realmonte Sicily.. is there anyone who could direct me to proper website or give me any info n how to obtain this record?

and ask for "Copia integrale dell'atto di matrimonio"
