The request should be in Italian and form letters can be obtained thry the www.italianancestry,com in part 3 under Calabrese resources. The service is nominally free but it is sughgested that she include a return addressed envelope and a $5.,00 contribution as suggested by the Mormon church people. She can also go to the nearest FHLibrary of the Mormon church and request microfilm for the Mammola civil records and look for the family records. This will require ordering relevant microfilm and then reading handwritten material which may be difficult if you cannot readily read italian language. Peter
