Dual Citizenship Eligibility - 2 Situations need help

Postby dangli » 05 Dec 2013, 16:02

I know that I am eligible for dual citizenship, but I am wondering if my sister and cousin are. Can someone take a look and help me determine if they are eligible?

Sister - born 1970 in US
Her Father - born 1942 in US
Her Paternal Grandfather - born 1918 in US (never renounced)
Her Paternal Great Grandfather - born in Italy, 1st Naturalization Petition 1920, 2nd Naturalization 1923 (accepted)

Male Cousin - born 1968 in US
His Mother - born 1951 in US
His Maternal Grandfather - born 1918 in US (never renounced)
His Maternal Great Grandfather - born in Italy, 1st Naturalization Petition 1920, 2nd Naturalization 1923 (accepted)

Thank you so much for the help!
