Birth Certificate Cost Italy Comune

I want to request grandparents' birth certificates from Altavilla Irpini and Montefalcione - think I found the comune uddicio dello Stato Civile addresses - HOW much $$ do I send? Should I send reply envelope with International money order or Euro to cover postage? Wish I could get an email for info. Please respond -

You should not send $$$, but you should include a photo id and your email address should they need to contact you.
