Hi, about Ancestry... are some ship's manifest no available and are this window :
Error Processing Request so it is impossible to see the ship's manifest... this handicap is solvable or no... I must convince me that I cannot see this interesting record... your experiences? thanks for an suggestion... suanj
ask for technical support and complain... I did... but they tell me to do this...
When you see the results page of the Philadelphia passengers...
Where it says... example "Girolomo Gentile" click "view record" and a new page comes up.
On that new page... take a look at the right side... PAGE TOOLS....
On the right side of the screen, (pencil picture)... where it says "Comments and Corrections" -click that link.
Now you will see a new screen...
Where it says "Report an Error" click that link and now type in your message...
This message will now go to the developer - who can hopefully fix this problem.
