Last name changed "Cherry"

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

You all are to cool. I can see where this can get addicting. My Grandfater, anthony Cherry was born in the U.S . His parents, My Great grand parents returned to Italy, and I think with my Grandfather. Then sent him back to the U.S with other relatives when he was 4 or 5, and they stayed back in Italy..

Maria, why the ?? for Orsara? And yes my Grandfather married in the U.S. Perhaps at St. Lucy's church in Philadelphia where my Father was baptized.

Heck of a price tag!!!!!!!

Came across a few Ceraso who were in the "shoe" buisness......did not find anything in the obits that "grabbed my attention".......alot of repetition in the names, under Ceraso and Cherry.......
wonder if poster ever heard rumor of Doctors in the family???
I found a couple of them under Ceraso.......

on to the newspapers.....
