Applying for citizenship in Italy

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Applying for citizenship in Italy

Postby tablawabla » 21 Dec 2006, 01:23

Does anyone know if you can apply for "jure sanguinis" citizenship in Italy? I heard somewhere that if you apply in Italy, you can get a work permit while your application is being processed. Any info out there on this?

Thanks in advance...
