contacting comuni

i was wondering if someone can help me.i am looking for the address of several comunes in sicily.i found websites for them but i can't seem to find fax numbers and addresses.i need to contact them for marriage certificates.these are the comunes i need to contact

comune di patti in the province of messina
comune di messina or province(i'm not sure)
comune di acireale
i would appreciate any help offered
