Has anyone dealt with the commmune of clusone, how efficient are they in responding to inquiries for information?

Sorry - I visit Clusone quite often, but I'm afraid I have never had any dealings with the comune there... I would imagine they are as efficient as any comune really. You just have to take your chance!
