Hopefully someone can help...

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Hopefully someone can help...

My mother and her family came here from Italy on December 15, 1960 on the La Vulcania Ship. I am trying to get my Nana, Papa, mother and aunts records from the ship. I have tried EllisIsland.org with no luck. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone has any information/links that I can use to track the info down. I would like to give it as a gift for Mother's Day. Last name is: Monachino
First Names: Epifania, Giuseppina, Concetta & Pasquale

It would be greatly appreciated!
