Looking for Ferraro from Acri

Postby mduva » 04 Sep 2008, 18:12

My great grandfather Antonio Leonardo Ferraro born in Acri 7-22-1879 married to Aurelia Serraviligia (not sure of spelling) believed to have been married there and had first child James there. Any info on them or there families. Once they arrived I have all info - I don't have any of there ancestors. Very interested in finding any info. Thank you, Maria

Acri civil records 1809 to 1910 located in your nearest FHL on microfilm at www.familysearch.org for location nearest you covering all births, marrriage and deaths. Bring along book Discovering your Italian Ancstors by Lynn Nelson which accompanies the microfilm and a magnifying glass for difficult to read turn of century script. =Peter=

Here is a record for an Aurelia Serravalle travelling with her son, Giuseppe Ferraro. Is this your family?
