1754 - Cadastre Onciario for Pescasseroli, L' Aquila,Ab

I would like to find out how to obtain a copy of the 1754 Cadastre Onciario (census) for Pescasseroli, L'Aquila, Abruzzo?

I already received the baptisms for my great great grand parents (Paquale Pandolfi & Maria D'archangelo) born in Pescasseroli in the 1850's. The baptisms list Pasquale's and Maria's parents and grand parents. I do not know Pasquale & Maria's parents and grand father's birth dates. I hope the names bring me close enough to finding my family on the Onciario.

Pasquale & Maria born in the 1850's

Pasquale's parents = Giovanni Pandolfi & AnnaMaria (La Cesa)
(I am guessing they were born in the 1820-1830's)
(I plan to request a search by the priest to find their baptism. But there are limits in the church records due to a fire in the early 1800's)

Pasquale's grand parent's = Paternal Mancini and Maternal Criola
(I am guessing they were born about 1800-1810)

I have the D'archangelo side too.

My Grandfather was Dario Carlo Mancini born in Pescocostanza, Abruzzi, Italy in 1885. His father was Vincenzo Mancini and his mother was Frances Catenazzi Mancini. I'm just starting to trace my family tree so not sure if any of this will help you in your search.

Rexy,

Thank you for your response. Though, I am currently looking for Pandolfi's. The Mancini's in my family are from Abruzzo but I have no idea where. My American born Grandfather was an only child & has a very broken family history. All I know is his father's name was Peter Mancini born in Abruzzo. So, I don't have any leads to give in return for the information you shared. Thank you, it is appreciated.

You might wish to try www.comunedasa.it/dasa/altrenotizie.asp which relates to the Catasto Onciario 1754 which relates to artist Mancini. =Peter=

The Catsto Onciario 1754 for Pietro mancini has about 50-60 references in google.com putting in the title as Catasto1754 Pietro Mancini Abruzzo. The Dasa entry is not correct and I apologize. =Peter=

Did you check this site? http://www.abruzzo2000.com/genealogy/help/back5.htm, the page deals with Catasti Onciari
