Do you think that the people on the 1900 Census Luke Ficaro (b. 1878) could be Luke Ferrara (which is my grandmother maiden name?)

A couple of days ago, I just found out that my Grandmother had another sister. I posted a message on Italian Genealogy, asking for help and you all have come through with information. Even with names misspelled.

Look's like he traveled with a Rosa Gennaro and they where heading to New Orleans.

There was another Leoluca Trombatore born in 1888 in Corleone who died in or around New Orleans in 1963. Any relation?
