Fratoddi in Ladispoli

Postby bnorman » 08 Nov 2008, 16:24

Hello All,
Are there any online census records or a birth index?
Looking for Bernardino Fratoddi from Ladispoli born about 1869 to Giuseppe and Flavia Salirae Fratoddi. Looking for any info on this family. Bernardino came to the US in 1902, and have US records, need info on parents and siblings in Italy.
Any suggestions for research?

Thanks!!

There doesn't appear to be records microfilmed by the Lds,
which means you'll have to write to the comune requesting documents:

Ladispoli

Enter the province, then the comune name, using the drop down arrows, click on Ricerca. This will provide you with the pertinent information regarding the address, phone number, ect.

Interactive form letter

Thank you very much. Here is what I got from the link for the address:
Dettaglio Comune
Comune di LADISPOLI
Provincia di ROMA
Abitanti: 27861
Partita IVA : 01093441002
Codice Fiscale : CGLGNI46S11C552Y
Indirizzo : PIAZZA G FALCONE
C.A.P. : 00055

Would you know how to format that as an address?
There is also an email address given. Do you think I could send as email?

Thanks for your help!!!!

Comune di Ladispoli
Ufficio di stato civile
Piazza G Falcone
00055 Ladispoli, Roma
Italy

I would certainly try the email addy, or even a fax if one was provided.

Just sent off an email using a bit of all the above, and a google translation asking for census info, too. Thanks for everyone's help. Keep your fingers crossed for me. I'll let you know how it turns out.

If you are in need of translations, post the text to be translated in the Language section, we have several members who are fluent in Italian,
and are more than willing to help.

Look forward to your updates!! :)
