DiGiovanni

Postby sharanne1118 » 18 Nov 2008, 22:18

My grandfather's family came to the US from San Giuseppe in Sicily. He was Salvatore married to Francis ( I think...) children were Charlie,Joseph, Anna, Jimmy and Jonny. They lived in Frankfort NY and eventually Rochester NY. They were farmers. My grandfather, James was born in 1908. Any info would be great. My Dad is quite ill and I was hoping to give him a special christmas gift...

Oh my!
Happy Happy Birthday Sharon!
The newspaper site is one of my favorites - the search engine takes a bit of getting used to.
Lot's of great information with the right combination of search words
(& possible mis-spellings  )
