Hello, i'm looking for my roots. My name is Aldo Mettini i was born in 1974 in the city of Resistencia in the province of Chaco in Argentina, my father Italo Mettini was born in 1928 in te city of Llambi Campbell in the province of Santa Fe in Argentina. His father, Juan Mettini, lived his first years in the city of Emilia in the Province of Santa Fe in Argentina. His ancestors come from Corse (Corcega or Corsica) in the Adriatic sea.
If anyone have more information about the Mettini's from Corcega, i'll be eternitly gratefull of recieving that information.
Hi: Corsica island is in Tirreno sea. This island in 1769 year it passed from Italy to France with the Treaty of Versailles..naturally the surnames were Italian... Currently this island it belongs always to French..
