Fillipo Romano & Fillipa Ristagno

Postby Romano1970 » 13 Mar 2009, 17:05

Hi all, it has been a while since my last post.

My Grandfather , Lorenzo Romano's (born Feb 2 1889) Parents names were Fillipo Salvatore Romano & Fillipa Maria Ristagno ( Maiden )

I believe they were both from Piazza Armerina. He also had 6 brothers and sisters from what i have been told. Angela Roman ,Salvatore Romano ( other 4 unknown)

I know they did not come to America, what would be the best couse to locate information on them??

Thank you very much. next question......LOL. I do beleive since I cant speak Italian as well as I would like yet that calling would be very difficult. Those are the addresses with the phone #s correct. Do you think writing would be ok??

Potential Relative Letter

You can use the letter above as a guide to write to possible relatives in your area of interest. Lots of people have done this with great success!!
The addresses provided along with the phone numbers should be current.

michael, should you decide to write just explain in simple words who you are and how you may be related.

also insert an envelope with your address on it plus add a few bucks to cover postage. you could include your phone number. i did all of the above for one of my cousins and seven days later she received a phone call from one of her fathers youngest brother.

the ''net'' has schrunk the size of mother earth.

i wish you success and good luck.
