I have a Giuseppina in my tree, and can only imagine it is because the father's name was Giuseppe. Still trying to find details on that person's parents though (their full name was Giuseppina Dotta).

I don't think there is a Lee. Are you trying to find the Italian equivalent to research an ancestor? Did someone have the name Lee and you want to know their birth name? I agree with Romano, we need some more info.
