Naturalization Papers - Spro or Sprufera / Farari or Farina

Postby barbarasprufera » 26 May 2009, 16:14

How do I go about finding copies of Naturalization papers, and if they ever filed for them?

I am looking for papers on John, Joseph, Anna (Carmela or Annie), Josephine (or Josie) - last name Sprufera or Sprofera. All lived in NYC New York, and we believe they came over from Italy somewhere around 1880. They could also be under the name of Farari or Farina?

I have no clue as to where to start looking.
Thank you for any help!
