Name on ship's manifest?

Postby Tomil42 » 17 Jul 2009, 16:36

Hello,
I recently found a Francesco Paolo Cosentino b. 1887 in Siderno Marina. He is passenger #26 on the ship Nord America from Naples arriving in NY on 28 June 1904.

Can anyone help me with the name of the person he is going to visit? The lines don't match up well, so I think it is his uncle Salvatore ????. What is the surname?

He says he is going to Hoboken, NY, which seems confusing too. There does happen to be a Clinton Street in downtown Manhattan near Little Italy, so details are confusing also.

Thank you for any help!
