Were these records destroyed during the war

Hi I m doing a search on behalf of someone else, they need to now if the records held in Asiago region of Vincenza were burnt during the war. Is there anyway I can confirm this.

I know not with precision, but sure by Mormons are this civil records( microfilmed from Vicenza State Archive)

but in any case you can write in Asiago civil records office

requesting the certificate.. I believe they have all registries... hoping helpful,
