Colliano is in Salerno province; some discrepancy abt the day( 3 or 30) and month ( Jun or Jan) of birth; but in WWII draft registration card seeming right ..

Hi, abt the old cemetery, because Colliano is a little town( abt 3200 inhabitants) I believe ..it is only a cemetery.... abt the parents etc... for bad luck no Mormon's microfilms of Colliano civil records... you must request the birth certificate for Carlo DI GIROLAMO ( with space) for to know almost parent's names,

Colliano still exists. I was in the neighboring town of Contursi Terme this summer and we went in and out of it on our daily travels. It is a tiny little town, but the area is beautiful. There are sulfer springs and many spas that attract tourists.

I think his first name might be Carmine. Possible manifest, but I can't pull it up on Ellis. I'll try Ancestry.
