Is anyone doing research on LUNARDI, NUTINI or BERGAMIN surnames? All from Northern Italy (Chiozza, Lucca)?
Thanks -

Hello Casey.

If you have names along with dates of arrival to America I am sure the search will go smoother for you.

Anything would be helpful.

for research on the names go to google.com and insert in the title

(Surname) SURNAME GENEALOGY CHIOZZA (LU) ITALY

This may disclose the surname genealogy being researched or in the process of being researched.

Perhaps if you read this How to on Italiangenealogy you may find the research objectives you are seeking.

The LUNARDI, NUTINI, BERGAMIN surnames (mostly) still live in and around Chiozza, Castiglione di Garfagnana - also Lucca (Barga). Some went to Brazil and some came to US early 1900s. The people that still live in Italy don't have any knowledge of anyone past their gr-grandparents and cemetaries are of no help (graves are recycled) -
Thanks

Have you checked the www.familysearch.org under ancestor search for each of the names without country identification? =Peter=

In San Pellegrino en Alpe, there is a picture of "Count LUNARDI" - does anyone have any genealogy on him?
Thanks -
