Postby pabloporzella » 05 Mar 2010, 16:56

Hello, I´m Pablo Porzella, I´m from Uruguay SA.

Sorry for my English, is very basic.

I´m looking for my ancestors in Italy, their names are:

Felice Porcella, from Allasio, Savona province, Ligure, Italy.
Born between years 1838 and 1847.

and,

Raffaelle Miglionico, from Sasso Di Castalda, Potenza, Basilicatta, Italy.
Born Between 1854 and 1858.

If someone has access to the databases of these sites, please help me.

Thanks and greetings!!!

Do you have an Idea when they came to America and where? I am searching the Ellis Island Data base and I see a good deal of both last names ( Miglionico and Porcella.

Porcella about 1862 to 1870 and Miglionico 1875 to 1880, probably the ships goes to new york and then to south america, I know the brothers of raffaelle Miglionico stayed in new york, but he continued to uruguay.
