Professional Translation Assistance

Postby Felitti-Trimarco » 10 Apr 2010, 19:15

Hello everyone!

Can anyone recommend a professional translator? I have a number of documents from the mid 1800's written in Italian that I would like to have translated. The script is very elegant, but can be a bit difficult to read. Can anyone recommend someone to translate? What does this typically cost?

Thanks!

FT

You might first try to post them here to the forum on the Translations page. There are some wonderful volunteers here who seem to be able to translate ANYTHING! and it would be FREE! :-)

To determine costs try www.freetranslation.com so that you can judge for yourself. As Tessa advised, there are many people here who are well versed in Italian and the Gay 1890's script but you do not indicate the volume which may or may not be onerous. =Peter=
