Peverelli or Pevenelli

Postby martinjones » 10 Jun 2010, 16:46

Hello Can anybody help?

I'm trying to find a Italian person who was based in the Isle of Man around 1970. His first name in Antonio and his surname is believed to be 'Peverelli' or 'Pevenelli'

I don't have a last known address but I know he is from Milan or around this area.

Does anybody out there know were a good place to start looking?

Many thanks

There are a substantial number of Peverelli's in the Milano area ( http://www.gens.labo.net/en/cognomi/genera.html ) but no Pevenelli's, so I think you can rule out the latter spelling.

The Italian telephone directory lists a number of Peverelli's, including at least one Antonio: http://www.paginebianche.it/execute.cgi ... MI%29&ind=

Meanwhile, the Isle of Man telephone directory does not have any listings for either name, residential or mobile: http://www.manxtelecom.com/directory/se ... bers/9065/
