Without some additional information however, such a search will be near impossible.
Date - or at least the year - of birth?
Date - or at least the year - of death?
Place of residence or death?
If they died after the mid-1960's, you should be able to find them in the Social Security Death Index. See http://ssdi.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/ssdi.cgi

They were born in 1874 (paolisi Italy) and they lived in Meadville PA.
