Great Grandparents - DiCioccio

Postby jsa95 » 18 Sep 2010, 04:07

Hi - Looks like a great site!

How can I get information about my Great Grandfather, Giovanni DiCioccio?

He was born in Colle San Magno in 1869 and died in Roccasecca in 1943. He never visited America.

I am looking for the names and birth/death dates of his parents and whether or not he had any siblings.

Any guidance is very much appreciated.

Thank you

Hello, welcome to the forum,
you need to write to Colle San Magno civil
record office to get the copy from the real
birth record

Comune
Ufficio di Stato Civile
Via Lago, 1
CAP 03030
Colle San Magno (FR)
Italy

also you can write to Roccasecca civil record office
to get the death certificate

Comune
Ufficio di Stato Civile
Via Roma, 5
CAP 03038
Roccasecca (FR)
Italy

On the copy of his birth record maybe you find the annotation of his marriage and death
You must write only in italian
I hope it helps
bye Riccardo

I hope it helps

Thank you so much. I really appreciate the information.

I will ask my cousins to translate something for me.
