the first part of the first image talks about the ones who were invited by the spouses to intervene in the present act gave their formal consent

then it talks about the notification of this promise being posted on the door of the town hall on the 15th day, a Sunday, of the current month of Nov

then there is the beg of a list of the documents required for the marriage:
1. act of birth of the groom
2. act of birth of the bride
3. act of notification made in this town

then it states that no one who intervened was in opposition to the marriage

Jamie
If the town or church name is in the record, it would be on the first page of the record, which you didn't post.

In a lot of civil marriage records, the name of the church is not given. Normally a record will read that the marriage took place in the parish church, or mother church, of such and such town.

Jamie
In the section to the right where it says Indicazione, it says that parish of San Germano -Dec 3, 1857. That is your parish name and the marriage date. So it would be the mother church or chiesa madre of that town.

You're welcome, Jamie.

Just for your info, Cassino is not mentioned on the left side of the document. It reads civil state of Sangermano, district of Sora, Province of Terra di Lavoro, You may have been able to read that information yourself.
