Trying to find my grandfather who was a POW

Postby Nimbok07 » 03 Nov 2010, 22:15

Hi there I am trying to help my dad find his father as he was adopted.
His name is Ricardo Creminini and he was a POW at 74 Racecourse camp and was then shipped back to Italy in 1946.
He worked on the railway and my grandmother used to walk past him on her way home. She said he spoke very good English and after he went back to Italy they wrote but her parents destroyed the letters he sent. The address I have is Villa 5 (or S) Feno, Medesano, Italy.
My grandmother also said he talked about having a sister.
I would love to track him down or find out what happened to him.
Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Hannah

there are 3 Creminini in Medeseno (his children?) www.paginebianche.it and put in Creminini on left and Medeseno on the right and click.n All 3 with full names, addresses and telephone numbers are available to you. If you plan on telephoning them they might speak english and you can spare yhourselfd the agonies of correspondence in form letters ( We have form letters if you wish). Please advise. =Peter=
