Family Certificate....

Comune of San Giovanni Gemini
Certificate of Family Status

From the request by James D. Tagliareni, resident of Castle Rock (Colorado) of the family of Domenico Tagliareni
[The last column indicates that all of these family members are deceased…]

Father: Domenico Tagliareni
Mother: Caterina Amormino
Children: (name – place of birth – date of birth) –
Francesco – San Giovanni Gemini on 26 April 1843
Carmela “ “ “ 27 January 1853
Maria “ “ “ 20 April 1857
Giulietta “ “ “ 31 December 1860
Giuseppe “ “ “ 14 August 1865
Giuseppe “ “ “ 4 April 1868
Giuseppe “ “ “ 13 March 1870

Most likely the first two Giuseppes died, each before the next child was born, and the next child was named Giuseppe.

Last line indicates that his was released on plain paper for foreign use, and the date.
