Thanks for the update. Question-do they have records for specific towns in Caserta province or are you talking about the city of Caserta? I am specifically looking for a copy of a marriage record for Antonio Mastrangelo and Maria Filomena Ferritto (which should be record #3 dated March 8, 1888 in the town of San Gregorio Matese, Caserta Province.

It's the whole province, and yes they have San Gregorio Matese.

I'm really excited about these records!
My Italian surnames:

Caserta: Maietta, Rossano, Tessitore, Negro, Peluso, Musone

Campobasso: D'Andrea, Barile

Catanzaro: Fiorelli/Fiorillo, Romito

I don't have a subscription to ancestry. At the time I did the microfilmed records for San Gregorio Matese, I wasn't aware of the fact that my husband's great great grandmother had a second spouse. If someone could locate and upload the marriage record for me, I would be very grateful.

Thanks
Peg

Hi, Peg. Just took a second look and it seems (for whatever reason) they only have Allegati and death records for San Gregorio.
My Italian surnames:

Caserta: Maietta, Rossano, Tessitore, Negro, Peluso, Musone

Campobasso: D'Andrea, Barile

Catanzaro: Fiorelli/Fiorillo, Romito

Thanks for trying. Maybe they'll eventually have the marriage records too.
