"Best" Second Document to Request from Italy

Postby Timmwill » 29 Mar 2011, 10:32

I wrote to the Ufficio dello Stato Civilie at Ogliastro Cilento and they have been very responsive.

1. First letter I sent I received back an "extract" of marriage.

2. Wrote second letter asking for "estratto per copia integral atti di Matrimoni" based on recommendations from folks here (thanks everyone). They sent a copy of the original - which was great.

Question:

In order to gain as much as information as possible about either the bride or groom's family, or both, what document would you recommend I request next? Is there a document that has all the family listed?

Thanks.

Tim
Processetti or Allegati sometimes provide extra info about family members on both sides and sometimes they are a bust but they are worth a try..
