Question about 1900 Census NYC

Postby djm1228 » 18 Sep 2011, 21:54

Hi - I see that my family lived in Superior Dist 1, Enumeation district 905 and Street 17. The number of the house/apt was 2058. Any way to find out what the exact street address was? Thanks, Diane

I am not sure of what you are looking at, but if it is the actual census, the street name is on the far left, written up and down (from bottom to top). You would have to turn your head, or the document to read it.
