What kinds of information are you seeking?

Are you search for information about "Judith Meschi" and could you provide some detail about this person?
approx. date of birth
Assuming place of birth is S. Maria del Taro, did this person emigrate from Italy?
To where? about when?

Any details you can provide with help :-)

Have you found any documents so far?

T.

Have you check the LDS Family History Center microfilms?

and have you written to the comune vital records office?

Established via LSD microfilm that Judith Meschi was wife of Antonio Brizzolari ( thru Baptisms) but not yet tied down which Antonio ( a number of possibilites but no marriage entries).
Not sure yet which record to seek from the Comune and how

The municipality of Tornolo contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Barca, Boresasco, Campeggi, Casale, Case Belloni, Case Fazzi, Case Lasine, Casello, Casoni, Cerosa, Codorso, Giungareggio, I Massi, Isorelli, Marzuola, Menta, Morgallo, Pianazzo, Pianlavagnolo, Pontestrambo, Ravezza, Santa Maria del Taro Sbarbori, Squeri, Tarsogno, Torre, and Vannini .(From WIKI)

You can get your records from Comune of Tornolo because Santa Maria del Taro is a frazione (subdivision of Tornolo ) and they would have the birth death and marriage acts for there because the comune holds the civil records for the frazione's
THere are plently of records available from Family HIstory Library
Italy, Parma, Tornolo - Civil registration 1806-1910

To "piggy-back" on Marty's information...
Here is the address for Comune of Tonolo if you decide to write to request records:

Ufficio dello Stato Civile
Via Promenade, 1
43059 Tornolo (PR)
ITALY

Be sure to mention that your ancestor was born in Santa Maria del Taro... :-)
