Mio marito Dennis ed io sono alla ricerca di suoi parenti, che ha lasciato Lungro per venire a Philadelphia, USA. Nicola Pistoia, nato nel 1879 e suo fratello, Pasquale Pistoia, nato nel 1888, sia venuto a Philadelphia nel 1897. Il nome del loro padre si chiamava Raffaele Pistoia e il nome della madre è stata Teresa. Grazie.

Looks like the name of his father's mother was Teresa TRIPOLI :-)

See this reference from the Cosenza Archives site..
It is the enlistment record. All male children were registered for military service at their time of birth. That's why Nicola's enlistment is the same year he was born.
You could send for this enlistment document by referencing the Volume, Doc#, page and section. :-)

Hi, I found also other children of Raffaele Pistoia and Teresa Tripoli:
-Pietro Pistoia nato/a il 26/03/1865 a LUNGRO ( maybe decesead infant)
-Pietro Pistoja*, nato il 08/12/1867 a LUNGRO
* the surname was also spelled Pistoja;
also the surname was very popular in Lungro; currently only 5 Pistoia families in Lungro by phone directory:
