I am looking for some information on the name Diglio. I have no idea where it originates from or what it means and was wondering if there is anywhere I can go to find some information on it. I know it's not too common, so I've been coming up empty-handed. TIA.

The surname from the word Giglio meaning Lily and Fleur-de-lis is both a sybol for candor and purity. The name is often cross referenced with GILIO and ZILIO. Peter
Not sure if this helps but I know of the spelling DIGILIO?? If this is possibly a variation then you may want to try a search in the village of Accettura, Matera as this spelling of surname originated from there.
