Ship Manifests Buenos Aires, Argentina from Naples Italy

Postby EMTLP » 19 Apr 2012, 14:29

Does anyone know if there is a website that has ship manifests of trips from Naples, Italy to Buenos Aires, Argentina?

Looking for two brothers born in Avigliano, Potenza, Italy who are known to have been living in Buenos Aires in 1955.

Andrea Mancusi (Andrew Mancuso)b. 28 Sept 1878
Michaelangelo Mancusi (Michael Mancuso) b. 25 Oct 1887

their father Vito Mancusi died in 1891 and their mother Carminella Colucci died in 1893

(A third child Maria Rosaria Mancusi was born 1 June 1892, months after her father's death. I believe she was adopted (looking for a record) by Angelo Antonio Vaccaro and Angela Maria Nardozza who were married on Dec 19 1889 in Avigliano. These folks ended up in the states.)

This is not exactly what you are asking for (manifests), but you can search for people who emigrated to Argentina on this database in 3 year increments, up to 1960.
