Porcari / Feudale / Dubalino

Postby kchantx » 29 Jul 2012, 21:21

Hello. I am trying to find information on my Great Grandfather Filippo Joseph Porcari born around 1857. He is from Sicily and I believe from the town of Caltavuturo. He was married to Maria Teresa Feudale who I believe died in childbirth then was married to Giuseppa Dubalino. I have been able to pick up the family once they came to the US but would like to find them in Italy. Any help would be appreciated.

Kathy,
Have you considered doing some research at a Family History Center?

These civil records on film; Registri dello stato civile di Caltavuturo (Palermo), 1820-1910
http://tinyurl.com/csvkmq6 should help.
You can go to a center near you and rent the film
you need... https://familysearch.org/locations

Hope this helps,
Paul
