Attached is page one of the 1813 Ferrandina marriage record for Leopoldo D'Angelio and Maria Giuseppa Brescia. I'm puzzled by a few words in this document and wonder if someone can tell me what they are--transcription and meaning.
From top to bottom, they are:
1. Leopoldo's profession, sartore di repolo. Sartore is "tailor," but what is "di repolo?"
2. I read "Farono Signori Tommaso D'Angelio" for Leopoldo's father's name. How do I understand "Signori" here, and is Farono his first name?
3. Residence of Michele Brescia, father of the bride. What is the word after "domiciliato nella" and before "Lo Casa?" Is it an abbreviation?
Thanks very much.
